SCHEDULE :

• Some days are clinic and some dates are OR preplanned
• Usual schedule is M-F 8-4:30 (OR days are 8-5)
• OR days are Tuesdays (8-5) and the 2nd, 4th, & 5th Friday afternoon (12:30-4:30) of each month
• One week of call is needed per month – M-Sunday

JOB INFORMATION :

• Need 1 Full time breast surgeon for the office with dedicated clinic and OR times.
• Need to take call one week a month.
• Will have dedicated full office staff. No general surgery call

REQUIREMENTS :

• DEA Required? : Yes
• State Licensure : PA
• CSR License Required? : Yes
• Ultrasound experience and ability to perform in office biopsies
• Site needs someone who can cover a minimum of 20 days per month.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• BLS

Minimum Board Certification: BC
