About the Position:
We are looking for a Breast Surgeon to join our team in Louisiana, and meet the rising patient demand. Practice/Hospital Overview:
- Privately owned, 164-bed specialty hospital with an 84-bed Level III S NICU
- Services include Labor & Delivery, OB/GYN, and Women’s Oncology
- Home to five breast surgeons, five gyn/oncologists, and several radiation and hematology/oncology physicians
- The facility features 12 OR suites, 4 Da Vinci robots, a 12-bed ICU, one vault, and 20 infusion chairs
Position Details:
- Monday through Friday, with a half-day on Friday
- Two clinic days per week with 1:3 shared call
- Each surgeon is allocated 3 exam rooms and 2 medical assistants, and may have a PA for clinical scribing and OR first assist
- OBs triaging patients to minimize physician disruptions
Compensation and Benefits:
- Earning potential once fully ramped is $700,000+
