New Breast Surgeon Locums Job in Indiana | Premium Rates | Clinic, Procedures + Weekend Call
Dates of Coverage: as soon as credentialed and on going
Details/Requirements for Assignment #102486:
-- Active Indiana license required or IMLC
-- Board Certification in General Surgery required
-- Breast Surgical Oncology preferred but not required
-- Clinic days Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30 pm, Surgery days 7am – 5pm
-- 24 hour weekend call and sporadic night call, Monday – Friday. Flexible on schedule.
-- Average 14-16 clinic patients, 4-6 procedures
-- Trauma level II
-- Two to three weeks a month ongoing, shifts are flexible and willing to take multiple providers.
-- Three APP’s Support this division
