We are a virtual-first specialty provider offering integrated testing, treatment, and patient monitoring for all risk-bearing entities. Our national network is currently seeking board-certified sleep medicine specialists. We provide a virtual alternative to traditional brick-and-mortar testing and treatment with devices supporting patients at home for full diagnostic monitoring and care, aiming to prevent re-hospitalizations and health exacerbations.

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced, board-certified sleep medicine physicians to join our rapidly growing Tele Sleep Medicine Services team. Candidates must hold a state license in - LA, NE, MS, TX, FL, NY, TN.

Job Responsibilities:

Telemedicine Consultations: Perform virtual sleep medicine consultations, manage direct patient care including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Prescription Management: Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens appropriate to assessed medical conditions.
Referral Coordination: Refer patients to other specialists and relevant patient care components as necessary.
Documentation: Accurately document patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatments within the hospital’s EMR system.
Communication: Demonstrate excellent web side manner and communication skills remotely.

Minimum Requirements:

Currently licensed in multiple states preferred
Board Certified in IM FM or EM required
Medical Doctor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep medicine.
Experience in hospital or emergency department settings is a plus.
Federal DEA Certification; Medical Specialty License or Certification.
Proficiency in navigating EMR systems and experience with secure video conferencing.

Availability to work at least 10 hours or more per month, with potential for increased volume based on shift availability.

5 years of post-residency clinical experience (essential)

3 years of experience practicing in specialty
Ability to work 10-20 hours/week
Multiple state licenses are a bonus but not required
