Join a team that’s Changing What’s Possible – The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, Allergy & Sleep Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a board certified or board eligible sleep medicine clinician-educator to join their growing sleep study program in charming Charleston, SC. The chosen candidate will play a key role in educating future leaders in sleep medicine, as well as broadening access to sleep disorder diagnosis and treatment for patients in Charleston and the surrounding areas.
We are seeking candidates with:
- Board certification or eligibility in Sleep Medicine
- Academic orientation, interest in teaching, and passion for outreach
- New graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
About our opportunity:
- Involvement in the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows
- Join a collegial team of sleep medicine physicians, APPs, and support staff
- Schedule: 8 half-day clinics per week with approximately 8-10 patients per clinic
- 10-bed outpatient sleep lab on site
- No research requirement
- Opportunities to collaborate with MUSC’s Departments of Otolaryngology, Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, Pediatrics, Neurology, and the College of Dentistry
