Job Responsibilities

Patient Care: Diagnose and manage a wide variety of rheumatic while demonstrating commitment, compassion and integrity.
Collaborative Care: Coordinate and communicate effectively with other providers and specialties to deliver comprehensive care.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to improve health outcomes. Provide guidance on managing chronic diseases and enhancing quality of life.
Research & Innovation: Participate in clinical research studies and trials related to new treatments and therapeutic advancements in rheumatology. Stay informed on the latest research and implement evidence-based practices into patient care.

Qualifications

Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school, Completion of an accredited Rheumatology Fellowship Program

Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology

Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in California

Working Hours

Schedule: Part time to full time 1.0 FTE, Full-time, 40 hours week, with a combination of clinic and hospital-based care, Flexible schedule with administrative time.

Practice Setting: Inpatient care as needed for consults and follow-ups

The Rheumatologist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a broad range of musculoskeletal and autoimmune conditions, providing both inpatient and outpatient care. Compensation and Perks

Income Guarantee: For full time candidates, $380,000 (2 years)
Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
Relocation Assistance: $15,000 Available for qualified candidates
