Currently recruiting a Rheumatology Physician to join our team in the Quad Cities (Iowa/Illinois). This is a rewarding opportunity to provide specialized care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment within a physician-led, nonprofit organization.
Position Highlights:
- **Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with a 4.5-day work week.
- **Patient Load**: See an average of 20-22 patients per day in the clinic.
- **Diverse Practice**: Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient consults.
- **Supportive Team Environment**: Enjoy a cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff, allowing for autonomy in practice development.
- **Integrated EMR**: Utilize Epic EMR across clinics and hospitals for seamless care coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of rheumatological conditions.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in both outpatient and occasional inpatient settings.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clinical staff to improve patient outcomes.
- Engage in continuous learning and development within the field of Rheumatology.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO, board eligible or board certified in Rheumatology.
- Unrestricted medical license in Illinois and federal authority to prescribe medications.
- Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt); J-1 visa sponsorship available.
