--Two to three days per week (Monday - Friday) beginning as soon as possible
--Reason for Coverage: Referrals are backed up; Rheumatologist will be going on maternity leave @ February
--Practice Setting: Office-Clinic
--Schedule (Shifts/Hours): 8:30 - 5:00 M-Th; 8:30 - 12:30 F
--Average Number of Patients per Day (Private Practice): 15-20
--Documentation System/EMR: Epic

--Number of Exam Rooms: 6
--Number of Rheumatologist in Practice: 1
--Description of Support Staff: 1 NP, 2 CMAs, 1 front desk staff
--Patient Age Demographic: Adult
--0 % Internal Medicine, 100% Arthritis, Autoimmune
--Board Certified
--Active South Carolina license
--BLS required
--Clean background highly preferred; may consider small malpractice from years ago depending on situation
--Must have great experience, ratings, and training
--Provider must be local
