An esteemed organization is now hiring a Rheumatologist to join their practice. This is a great time to join an established, reputable entity with strong financial and leadership support. Practice Details:
+ Set schedule of Monday-Friday with standard clinic hours
+ Established practice with an amiable team of 2.5 providers plus support staff
+ Individual 'pod' available for new provider within existing clinic
+ Pre-existing patient base will contribute to rapid ramp-up
+ Supportive leadership
Financial Offerings:
+ $300k base salary with bonus incentives
+ $50k sign-on bonus and $25k retention bonus at 1st & 2nd anniversaries
+ $6,000 CME allowance reimburses licensing, DEA registration, hospital dues, and continuing education courses
+ Malpractice coverage
+ Student loan repayment program for recent graduates
+ 403(b) retirement plan
