Rheumatologist - Upstate New York


Job Summary:

Join a well-established, 210+ member multispecialty group as a BC/BE Rheumatologist in New York State. This outpatient position offers a balanced work schedule in a collaborative, team-based environment with a 300,000+ patient referral base. The practice is affiliated with The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, providing opportunities for those interested in teaching.


Position Highlights:

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, allowing for an excellent work/life balance.
  • Patient Load: 20-24 patients per day, including approximately 2 new patients daily.
  • Types of Care: Management of rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, vasculitis, and non-chronic pain conditions.
  • EMR: Transitioning to EPIC system in March 2025.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Competitive base salary of $350,000 - $400,000 (negotiable).
  • Additional Compensation: Sign-on bonus, wRVU incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Relocation & Malpractice: Relocation assistance and malpractice coverage provided.
