Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Summary: We’re looking for a dedicated Rheumatologist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you’ll provide top-notch care for patients with chronic rheumatologic conditions, working closely with an integrated care team. Your expertise will help improve outcomes for patients dealing with autoimmune disorders and other complex conditions, especially those with HIV.
You’ll have access to advanced diagnostic tools and be part of a team committed to holistic, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat rheumatologic conditions like arthritis, autoimmune diseases, and osteoporosis.
Conduct outpatient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.
Use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and manage a panel of patients with chronic conditions.
Participate in clinic meetings and help shape our rheumatology services.
Skills & Qualifications:
Medical degree and board certification in Rheumatology.
Licensed to practice in Georgia.
Experience with population health management is a plus.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
