Practice Overview:

• Locally owned not for profit hospital - 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties
• Physician retention rates average 12 years
• Lead the Rheumatology service line
• Established clinic and practice – Specialty Suite housing Rheum, Nephrology, and Endo
• Infusion not required
• No call

Compensation and Benefits:

• 350K Salary
• 60K Retention (10K per year over 3 years)
• 75K Sign on
• Aggressive Hospital funded pension plan – Completely independent from your contributions
  • Hospital contributes $17,500 per year for years 1-5
  • Hospital contributes $35,000 per year, ongoing, after year 6
• Additional 403b with 4 percent match
• Relocation assistance reimbursed up to 10k
• 1 Week CME with 3,300 allowance
