Adelphi is seeking a Rheumatologist Specializing in Vasculitis to provide care to patients at a facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. The ideal candidate will have the rank of an associate or full Professor with demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and managing vasculitic disorders, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations of patients with vasculitic disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and guidelines.
• Order and interpret relevant diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests, imaging studies, and vascular assessments.
• Prescribe and manage medications specific to vasculitis treatment.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Participate in academic activities, such as teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and contributing to research projects and clinical trials.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Stay abreast of advancements in vasculitis research, treatment modalities, and guidelines.
• Perform and/or participate in any administrative duties which may be ancillary to the providing of clinical care, as necessary to perform professional functions.
• Comply with all applicable laws and canons of professional ethics.
• Maintain a practice of medicine consistent with recognized standards of medical care and perform all activities in accordance with those standards.
• Any other duties as assigned.
