- Located in ***South Bend, IN*** - Chicago 95m_x000D_
- Full-Time; Permanent_x000D_
- Board Eligible/Board Certified_x000D_
- Call Only 1 hospital. 1:3, one week at a time (from home) 0 3 calls per week_x000D_
- New office space, a procedure room for joint injections, 8 chair infusion center and 6 exam rooms_x000D_
- The ability to perform ultrasounds is an added benefit_x000D_
- Youll immediately be busy, as our current appointments are 3 months out! _x000D_
- In-house are Ultrasound, Bone density/DEXA, CT and MRI and of course Lab draws_x000D_
- Your 100% Rheumatology practice will be nestled in our largest practice and the same location with Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Podiatry and 24 hour Urgent Care_x000D_
