We are seeking a long-term partnership with a physician interested in taking over an established practice. Our Michigan City practice is comprised of two physicians, one advanced practice provider, and a seasoned support staff who specialize in the care of patients with arthritis, osteoporosis, and other rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases._x000D_

WHAT WE NEED:_x000D_
Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills, and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Both new graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply._x000D_

Practice Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m._x000D_
Call expectation: 10 days per month _x000D_
Average outpatient volume: 15 - 20 patients per day_x000D_
Dedicated MA support with 15 years of rheumatology experience_x000D_
Outreach to our Chesterton location_x000D_
Telehealth offered_x000D_
Strong primary care referral base_x000D_
Onsite x-ray and ultrasound services_x000D_
Robust collegial support available from specialists
