The successful candidate will join a physician-led non-profit health system in southwestern Wisconsin with over 900 providers on the staff in one of the nation's largest multi-specialty group networks covering 19 counties.


Practice

  • Practice will be outpatient.
  • Phone consults only.
  • Will see an average of 12 patients daily.
  • Infusion Center has 10 chairs and is staffed with nurses and shared with dermatologists.
  • EPIC EMR
  • Physician-led non-profit health system with over 900 providers on staff
  • Teaching hospital with 325 beds and a Level II Trauma and Emergency Center
  • Must be BC/BE, both experienced candidates and upcoming grads are encouraged to apply.
  • H1B Visa accepted.
  • Will need to eventually apply for Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota state licenses.

Finances

This employed position includes an attractive base salary, signing bonus, production bonuses, and possible fellowship stipend.

Comprehensive benefits to include malpractice, health, life, dental, vision, ST/LT disability, 401K pension plan, 32 days PTO/CME w/ $4500 expenses, relocation, fees, and dues.
