This position offers an impressive compensation package, including a substantial sign-on bonus and retention incentives. You'll enjoy a comfortable work-life balance with very lightcall, described as only 2-3 after-hour calls per month.   • $300K+ per year base salary
  • $27,000 sign-on bonus
  • $22,500 commencement bonus
  • $18,000 retention bonuses after years 2 and 3
  • Up to $20,000 quality incentive
