University town offers quick Partnership - Missouri

Large independent (100% hospital based) Radiology practice is actively recruiting. They are a 70+ physician strong multispecialty Radiology group servicing several hospitals and multiple hospital owned imaging centers. Due to the coming addition of an Orthopedic Hospital, they are looking for an MSK Rad to assist with their growing volume. Ideal candidate is MSK fellowship trained and willing to do some basic procedures, but will consider all qualified Rads. This is a highly respected and successful private practice based in St. Louis and have served the health system for over 35 years. This is a collegial, cohesive and dedicated Radiology group that manages their own workload to provide steady RVU production with a healthy work/life balance. The primary hospital is a state of the art, Level 2 Trauma Center. Visage PACS, Epic EMR including Secure Chat, latest version of PowerScribe 360. You’ll have the opportunity (if desired) to host rotating medical students, provide medical student lectures and become an assistant professor at the medical school. No call required. All Rads share in 11:30am – 8pm shift every 9th week. Weekends are 1:4/1:5. Receive 300k base salary plus quarterly bonus, 10 weeks vacation, comprehensive benefit package including 401k match and profit sharing (58k), 10k CME, health, dental, disability, LTC, malpractice and potential SIGN ON BONUS. Partnership can be immediate for the right B/C experienced Rad, otherwise, partnership is after 1 year. Partners enjoy 500k and 12 weeks off. There is flexibility – if you prefer a Monday – Friday 8am – 5:15pm no call or a 7 days on/7 off ON SITE afternoon swing shift Noon to 10pm that is an option as well.
