Cross Country Locums is seeking a BC/BE Radiologist Physician for one of our government clients in Apache County Arizona. Any active, unrestricted medical license will qualify.

Dates:

• Period of performance is 1/1/2021 through 3/31/2021 with three additional 3 month option periods through 12/31/2021

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. 1 to 2 weeks per month

• Any current state Medical License

• Current Federal DEA

• Current BLS or CPR

• Current flu vaccine, TB test w/n the year, immunization record

$190 per hour, with travel, rental and lodging expenses covered by us.

Cross Country Locums will provide and arrange all of your travel arrangements, assist you with your credentialing and provide you with A ++ Professional Malpractice Insurance.
