Private practice seeks one more full-time radiologist. The group covers a 100 bed community hospital, a beautiful 20,000 square foot outpatient diagnostic center and Women’s imaging center. Daily total volume is 170 to 250 cases for the group. There are up to two radiologist work each day covering what they can and sending the rest to virtual radiology for final reads. The above volume is shared between 2 radiologists and whatever can’t be done is sent out. They send out all plain films and read cross-sectional studies. After hours, all stat studies are sent out for final reads so there is no list in the morning which is quite nice. Ideal candidates are full service, proficient in most modalities including light IR. This is a true/full parity from day one opportunity. Receive a base salary plus bonuses - estimated total compensation is up to 525k between bi weekly base salary, monthly bonus dividend and max. contributions into pension/profit sharing plans, 145 days (21 weeks) off, 2m/4m occurrence malpractice, 10k CME. No buy-in partnership (S-corp) after 1st year. Very pretty surrounding area close to Tahoe, forest/lakes, skiing etc. Located about 2 hours to the Bay and about 1 hour from Sacramento
