IR opportunity in New England

Physician owned Radiology private practice seeks another fellowship trained IR/DX Rad for a partnership opportunity. The group consists of 14 fellowship trained Radiologists. The group has an exclusive contract to provide the full range of Radiology services to the hospital network which includes the main hospital as well as a newly acquired hospital in the area, along with co-ownership on several outpatient imaging centers. The IR service has two newly renovated, state of the art IR suites and two dedicated PA’s, offering the full range of IR services and 24/7 IR coverage. Currently it is over 40% IR but with two new hospitals and increased IR volume that % will increase! IR call will be Q4 and generates additional compensation. IR doctors rotate in selected general diagnostic radiology shifts and are part of the DR call pool. Overnight DR coverage is provided by teleradiology. Part of the hospital’s Cardiovascular Institute and works collaboratively in the outpatient clinic with other cardiovascular specialties. Competitive starting salary with additional compensation for IR call – new hire can expect to earn approximately 500k yr. one, 10 to 12 weeks vacation, full benefits including health, dental, occurrence malpractice, 401k with contributions, life, LTD and more. Partnership after 2nd year with increased base and bimonthly bonuses earning 700k+.
