Key Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP (once licensed & credentialed)
  • Schedule: Full-time, no call required
  • Call Rotation: Every other week until 9:45 PM
  • License Requirement: MT License required (willing to assist with licensing)
  • Board Certification: BE/BC in Radiology
  • Reason for Need: Locum conflicts, hospital seeking a permanent provider

Workload & Procedures:

  • Diagnostic Imaging Volumes (Monthly):

    • CT Scans: 253
    • MRI: 90
    • Ultrasound: 165
    • Mammography: 90 (Tomo-trained preferred)
    • Nuclear Medicine: 15 (Cardiolites, Hida, Gastric Emptying, Bone Scans)
    • X-ray: 525
    • Fluoroscopy: 5-10 per month
    • Interventional Radiology: ~20 procedures per month
  • Interventional Procedures (Up to Comfort Level):

    • Biopsies & Drainages: US & CT-guided
    • LPs & Myelograms
    • Thoracentesis & Paracentesis
    • Arthrograms, Joint Aspirations & Injections
    • No dialysis catheter placements, power ports, or ureteral stents required
