  • Locum Needed for on-site radiology coverage for mammography (reading screeners and for diagnostic mammo/breast US), on-site exams (fluoro, MRI, CT) and consultation with providers and staff.

Job Responsibilities

Procedures Required (types of procedures to
be performed by locum tenens provider): Proficiency in a broad range of diagnostic imaging & interventional procedures: Mammography & Breast Imaging, MSK Imaging and Procedures, Fluoroscopy Exams, MRI & CT Imaging, Pediatric & General Ultrasound

Qualifications

•Boards & Certification Requirements (BE/BC,
ACLS, PALS, etc.):
Board Certified in Radiology. Active IA license preferred; IMLC LOQ will be considered.
• Necessary privileging documents:
Iowa Statewide Universal Practitioner Application, 3 references, M.D or D.O. degree, internship/residency/fellowship certificates, Board Certification, all state license copies, state and federal DEA copies, photograph, professional liability, NPI number, completed Health Attestation form, annual TB screening questionnaire, and IDPH TB symptom screening form.

Working Hours

Locum Tenens work and call schedule:
Monday-Friday 8a-5p, no weekends or call. Onsite coverage needed.
