Job Description
need of long-term radiology locums coverage, beginning as soon as credentialed. The locums will be onsite, one week per month(5 consecutive days), to complete minor procedures and image reads such as: diagnostic mamos, breast biopsy, barium enema, small bowel follow through, upper GI, epidural steroid injection, abscess drainage, medicare overreads.
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
1 week per month 7a-7p, M-F (site will also consider 8hr days if preferred.)

Duties: The locums will be onsite to complete minor procedures and reads such as: diagnostic mamos, breast biopsy, barium enema, small bowel follow through, upper GI, epidural steroid injection, abscess drainage, medicare overreads
Days per month: One weeks
Required Procedures:
- Breast localization for OR with magseed/magtrace- willing to learn: breast cyst aspirations, stereotactic breast biopsies
- Arthrograms/Joint aspirations/Joint Injections
- CT Cystograms
- PICC Line placement
- Lumbar punctures
- Hysterosalpingograms
- Bone Marrow Biopsy
- Ultrasound biopsy of lymph nodes, muscle, kidney, thyroid, abscess drainage
- ESI, SI injections, Facet injections - not all radiologists do all the injections, but as many of them as possible would be nice

Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: Faster credentialing time line if candidate has a ND license. Payor Enrollment 60-90 days

Submission Requirements
- Board Certified in Radiology - REQUIRED
- ND License – REQUIRED or IMLC (with LOQ in hand)
- ACLS, BLS, DEA - REQUIRED ATLS - (Required during credentialing)
- Clean Malpractice/Background - PREFERRED
- Availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED
