Radiologist – Locum Tenens

We are looking for a skilled Radiologist to make a lasting impact in a remote, underserved community. This locum tenens role, in southeast Alaska, offers the opportunity to provide essential diagnostic services while immersed in one of the country’s most breathtaking landscapes.

Position Overview:
Interpret a broad array of diagnostic imaging, including radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, Dexa, ultrasound, MRI, and CT.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to enhance patient care and maintain quality assurance.
• Occasional travel to Sitka, AK, with coverage responsibilities for additional remote locations throughout the region.

Requirements:
• M.D. or D.O., with Board Certification in Radiology
• Completion of a Radiology Residency with at least four years of clinical experience post-residency
• Current BLS Certification and eligibility for an Alaska medical license
• Proficiency in general diagnostic radiology, CT, MRI, mammography, and ultrasound
