J Edward Staffing is looking for 2 Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiology Physicians to join our team and provide on-site services at a designated facility within the military health network.

Job Responsibilities

Contractor must have a minimum of at least three (3) years of continuous work experience within the last (10)years to ensure the physician’s experience is current and relevantContractor shall provide documents upon request of the CO/COR to verifycurrent and ongoing competency, skills, certification and/or licensure related tothe provision of care, treatment and/or services performed. Contractor shallprovide verifiable evidence of all educational and training experiences includingany gaps in educational history for all contractor’s physician(s) and contractor’sphysician(s) shall be responsible for abiding by the Facility's Medical Staff By-Laws, rules, and regulations (referenced herein) that govern medical staffbehavior

Qualifications

Required Experience: Minimum of three (3) years continuous Board-Certified Diagnostic
Radiologist experience required, including ability to read CT, MRI, Ultrasound andDiagnostic X-ray Imaging within the last (10) years.
Evidence of Fellowship training in either Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal (MSK), or Abdominal/GU, (Body) imaging is required.
Evidence of professional licensure/certification and transcript or equivalent from educational institution(s) certifying completion of graduation requirements. All contractor's physician(s) shall be Board Certified per the American Board of Radiology (http://www.theabr.org/). All continuing education courses required for maintaining certification must be kept up to date at all times.
Evidence of Board Certification by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) in either Abdominal/GU, Breast Imaging, Cardiovascular, General, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology Services with a fellowship in either Body imaging, Musculoskeletal (MSK) or Neuroradiology.
Copies of all licenses, board certifications, NPI, to include primary source verification of all licensed and certified staff. Licenses must be current, full, and unrestricted.
Certification that staff list has been compared to OIG list
Proof of Indemnification and Medical Liability Insurance
Prior malpractice claims for each provider must be submitted.

Working Hours

Contractor's physician(s) shall be available and present in clinic during normal facility clinic hours which will be established, and may be revised, as deemed appropriate for patient care by the Chief of Staff. Currently, normal clinic hours are Mon-Fri 07:30am - 04:30pm excluding Federal holidays.
Off-hours Coverage: Not Required
