• Main Hospital – 1324 N Sheridan Rd Waukegan, IL 60085
Start Date: ASAP
Radiology Shifts:
  • 12a-8a (Mon - Sun)
  • 8a-5p (Sat-Sun)
  • 10a-6p (Mon - Sun)
  • 5p-1a (Mon - Sun)
Providers will be expected to read around 100 mixed studies per 8 hr shift.

Systems Used:
• EMR: Meditech
• PACS: Intelerad
• VR: Fluency

Job Responsibilities

Providers will be expected to read around 100 mixed studies per 8 hr shift.
Radiology Shifts:
12a-8a (Mon - Sun)
8a-5p (Sat-Sun)
10a-6p (Mon - Sun)
5p-1a (Mon - Sun)

Qualifications

Board Certified - REQUIRED
BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
Active State License - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
Provider MUST have clean files to be considered
