Description:

· ASAP ongoing M-F 8a-5p 1-2 weeks per month

· Will consider Tele; provider MUST have workstation

· Setting: Hospital

· 60% Neuro/40% General – varies 26% MRI, 74% CT

· Volumes/Modalities: General (Fluro a plus): Neuro, Lumbar Punctures, Myelograms

· Voice Recognition System: Powerscribe

· Credentialing: 5-6 weeks

Required:

· DE License; will wait for licensing

· Board Certified/Board Eligible

· ACLS (preferred), BLS

· BLS, ACLS (preferred)
