Clinical Details

• 12-15 admissions per day
• ED daily volume is 85-90 patients per day
• Cases: Surgical, Medical, ICU, and OB
• 50 studies per day
• 5-8 procedures per day

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• CA Active License
• Residency
• CA Fluoroscopy
• Clean Malpractice - Highly Preferred
• BLS
• DEA
• Duties: Hospital Coverage, we have a need for a Radiologist to cover the Hospital which involves the IR needs along with Stroke CT's and other procedures/availability.
• Procedures: IR Procedures (Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, Nephrostomy Tubes, Intra-abdominal abscess drainage, Chest Tubes, Suprapubic Catheters); CT/US Biopsies (Thyroid, Lung, Other), Barium studies, Lumbar punctures.

Support Staff

• Diagnostic Imaging (Radiology) Nurses and Techs; We do have a large Radiology group in Sacramento that performs overflow and after-hours reads
