Seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist in Fort Pierce, FL, you will be responsible for interpreting and reporting on diagnostic imaging studies. The role involves a focus on maintaining high-quality patient care through the timely and accurate interpretation of a variety of imaging modalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and report on diagnostic imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, mammograms, MRIs, and ultrasounds.
- Manage a daily caseload with a mix of stat and routine studies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide insights into diagnostic findings and contribute to patient care decisions.
- Maintain compliance with established protocols and quality assurance standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary conferences as needed.

- Stat & Routine Studies: Approx. 314 studies per day
- Late Week (LW): Approx. 413 studies per day
- Weekends & Holidays (RH): 147 studies per day
- Mammography
Volume:
- Approx. 20 studies per day
- Modality
Split:
- XR (X-ray): 46%
- CT (Computed Tomography): 34%
- Mammo (Mammography): 2%
- MR (Magnetic Resonance): 4%
- US (Ultrasound): 11%
- Other: 2%
Performance Metrics:
- Average # of cases/RVUs: 8-10 RVUs per hour, 90-100 studies per shift
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Florida Medical License
- Active DEA Certification
- Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology
- Minimum of 3-5 shifts per month
