We are looking for a dynamic individual who will provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the Health System's Radiology services.
Overview:
- Chief expected to maintain own clinical practice and provide leadership to department practitioners.
- Provide strategic leadership for Radiology services.
- Maintain clinical practice and provide leadership.
- Physician-led institution with strong support.
- Ensure mission and values are evident in Radiology program.
- Establish credibility and serve as spokesperson for Radiology.
- Establish annual goals and ongoing mechanisms for quality monitoring, documentation, process improvement and outcome management
- Anticipate and address critical issues.
- Foster collaboration and quality improvement.
- Attend meetings and manage human resources effectively.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary Range: $578,000 - 794,000 - Salary is based on a variety of factors
- Sign-on Bonus up to $100,000
