Minimum Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Certified with the American Board of Radiology
• Active or eligible for medical licensure in Arizona
• W2 employment (only)
• Work from a qualifying state: Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska, Nevada and Wyoming
