The University of Missouri’s School of Medicine, Department of Radiology, chaired by Dr. Talissa Altes, is searching for radiology subspecialties in several areas due to our tremendous growth. Our seasoned team creates an excellent opportunity for experienced candidates, as well as those just getting started, post-fellowship.

  • Department of 30+ radiologists

  • Responsibilities are:

    • ~80% clinical

    • ~20% Teaching/Education/Administration

  • State-of-the-art Equipment:

    • Siemens:

      • 3T Skrya Scanner

      • 5T Magnets,

      • 2- 3T MRI Scanners

      • 3 - 1.5T MRI scanners.

    • GE

      • 3T+ MRI Scanner

      • 5 MRI Scanner

  • NextGen Precision Health Imaging Facility: 3T & 7T MRI Siemens Terra.

  • All ranks available, commensurate with experience

  • Non-tenure track, exceptions apply for those with proven track records with clinical and academic excellence.

About Our Fellowship Programs:

We offer opportunities to assist in the department's growth, the education of students, residents, and fellows across eight radiology fellowship programs, including Neuroradiology, Breast, MSK, Body, Cardiothoracic, Diagnostic, Nuclear, & Pediatric as well as research and scholarly activities.

Qualifications:

  • MD/DO

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in radiology and fellowship-trained in respective subspecialty.

  • For the purposes of this application, board-certified/board-eligible physicians are considered experienced.
