7/15 am-7/22 am
8/5 am-8/12am or 8/19am-8/26am
Dates for Sept.-Dec. TBD
Crucial need for coverage on the July & Aug. dates. Will need approximately 7-10 days of coverage every 1-2 months based on permanent providers' time out of the office. Need will be ongoing until hire permanent
