Shift: 7a-7p - No on cal
Schedule : 2 weeks per month
Certification Requirements: Board Certified
State License Requirements: ND License – Required or IMLC (with LOQ in hand)
Additional Certification Requirement: ACLS, BLS, DEA - Required ATLS - (Required during credentialing)
EMR : Meditech

Requirements:

Will be onsite to complete minor procedures and reads such as: diagnostic mamos, breast biopsy, barium enema, small bowel follow through, upper GI, epidural steroid injection, abscess drainage, medicare overreads

• Breast localization for OR with magseed/magtrace- willing to learn: breast cyst aspirations, stereotactic breast biopsies
• Arthrograms/Joint aspirations/Joint Injections
• CT Cystograms
• PICC Line placement
• Lumbar punctures
• Hysterosalpingograms
• Bone Marrow Biopsy
• Ultrasound biopsy of lymph nodes, muscle, kidney, thyroid, abscess drainage
• ESI, SI injections, Facet injections - not all radiologists do all the injections, but as many of them as possible would be nic
• Clean Malpractice/Background - Preferred
• Average Time of Credentialing: 60-90 days (Faster credentialing time line if candidate has a ND license. )

Travel Requirements:

• Will reimburse flight, hotel, car rental - Cap given
  
• Mileage billed at the IRS Standard Rate
  
• All other bookings must be standard/economy.
  
• Lodging Cap given
