Shift: : 730am-4pm - No on cal or weekend

Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Neonate, Adult, Geriatric
Requirements:
- Will not use Teleradiology
- strictly on-site Fluoroscopy coverage!
- fluoroscopy, CT, US.
- hysterosalpingogram, lumbar puncture, sentinel node injection, myelogram
- Average Time of Credentialing: As soon as Credentialed,
- Dates of Coverage : May 6, 2024 until Nov 1, 2024
Travel Requirements:
- will reimburse flight, hotel, car rental, mileage billed at the IRS Standard Rate
- All other bookings must be standard/economy.
- Lodging Cap given.
