Shift Details: 8a – 5p Mon – Fri; Sat/Sun 10hr shift plus call coverage (one in four rotation)
***Prefer onsite coverage but would entertain remote coverage for this need
Schedule:
Work Details:
• Support staff: Full Technical staff
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full Time
• Patients per day: 75 (appr reads per day)
• Patient population/age: Ped - Adult
• Department description: General diagnostic radiology on weekend shifts concurrent with multiple additional attending radiologists trained to cover any challenging cases.
• Cases – Plain Films, Ultrasound, Fluro, CT, MRI, and Nuc Med
• EMR: EPIC, Voice Recognition System – Powerscribe, PACS – Phillips VUE
• Work Equipment: GE, Siemens
• Hospital bed size: 800; Exam Rooms; 4 CT, 4 US, 3 NM, 3 MRI, 1 Fluoro
• Special procedures: Fluoroscopic Barium GI Studies, Endovaginal, Doppler, General CT, CT Angio, General MRI. Technician performs contrast injection. Primary PACS system serves role for any relevant teleradiology.
• Skills required: Trauma Level 1
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC
• State license required: SC *not willing to license due to credentialing timeline
• DEA:
• CSR:
• Certifications preferred: Fellowship preferred, not required
• Certifications required: BLS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
