Abdominal Radiologist, Open Rank
The Department of Radiology in the Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio is seeking an Abdominal or Body Imaging fellowship trained radiologist for a faculty position, as an Assistant Professor to Professor rank in the Abdominal Section. This position will provide clinical services at the UT Health San Antonio Multispecialty and Research Hospital, and other locations within our practice plan and partner hospitals. Our hospitals are regional referral centers for trauma, internal medicine, surgery, oncology, and organ transplantation.
Candidates must have a medical degree or foreign equivalent, American Board of Radiology Certification (or board eligibility) in Diagnostic Radiology, Fellowship training in Body or Abdominal Imaging, Texas State Medical License prior to start date. Duties include teaching medical students and mentoring residents and fellows; participating in research and teaching conferences; and providing clinical care to patients. Academic rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications.
