In-House Diagnostic Radiologists and Teleradiologist Positions Available in California
We are currently seeking to hire approximately five in-house diagnostic radiologists and several teleradiologists for permanent positions. The client is keen to identify and onboard suitable candidates as soon as possible.
Location: California – part of the greater Los Angeles area. 60 minutes north of San Diego and only 90 minutes from Los Angeles.
Candidates must be BC/BE and have a pending or current CA License. We are not able to accept Visa candidates for this role.

Position 1:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2 weeks of 8-5, 1 week of 6-12, 1 weekend per month, and 1 week off (Total of 12 weeks off per year). Work 40 weeks.
Compensation: $700,000 per year for 14,000 RVUs. Additional compensation of $45 per RVU from 14,000-16,000 and $52 per RVU after 16,000.
Benefits (W2): Health, dental, and vision insurance (100% covered for employees, dependents covered by employees), $5,000 CME reimbursements, 401K program (non-matching), license reimbursements (state and DEA), credentialing and hospital dues covered, medical malpractice insurance ($1M claim limit, $3M aggregate). Medical malpractice for 1099 only.
Position 2:
Schedule: 7 days on, 14 days off. Monday to Friday from 4pm-12am. Weekends from 8-5 (or 1pm-9pm, or 4pm-12am if preferred).
Compensation: W2 – $425,000 / 1099 – $475,000 per year for 12,000 RVUs. Additional compensation of $45 per RVU from 12,000-15,000 and $52 per RVU after 15,000.

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday: 8am-4pm, 1pm-9pm, 4pm-12am.
Compensation: Only 1099 option, $575/hr.
