The nuclear medicine section at Wake Forest is highly regarded for its active clinical, research, and educational programs. Our advanced facilities include two PET/CT scanners, a state-of-the-art SPECT/CT system, a dedicated cardiac CZT camera, and two SPECT gamma cameras. Additionally, our renowned Theranostics clinic is recognized as a leader in the field, enhancing our comprehensive PET and general nuclear medicine services.
Requirements for Nuclear Medicine Radiologist
- Board Certification: ABNM or ABR certification or eligibility required; certification in nuclear cardiology and PET/MRI experience is preferred.
- Licensing: Eligibility for a North Carolina medical license is required.
