- Practice Setting (Office-Clinic/Hospital Based): Hospital Based
- Average Number of Cases Per Day: 10-15
- Trauma Level/Designation: Trauma Level III
- Number of Exam Rooms: 1 angio suite, 1 procedure CT, 2 fluoro rooms, 1 dedicated US room
- Use of Teleradiology: We will have AltaVista for midnight reads
- Patient Age Demographic: Adult and Geriatric
- Procedures Required: In-Room Supervision of Fluoro Exams, Scribing Plain Films and Fluoro with Radiologist Assistants.
- Interventional Procedures Required: Angioplasty, Stent, Embolization, dialysis fistula intervention, CVAD placement, genitourinary interventions, intrathecal chemotherapy administration.
- Interventional Procedures Required: Needle Biopsy, Thrombolysis, drain placement, botox injections, ligament pain injections.
- BC (American Board of Radiology) no BE - Required
- State license (MI) - Highly Preferred
- ACLS, BLS - Required
- NPDB
