--Active Oklahoma license or IMLC
--Board Certification required, ACLS certified, Fellowship required
--Average 8-10 procedures per shift
--Call is beeper, 30 minute response time
--EMR is Epic
--Inpatient and Outpatient, Level III trauma center, Support staff: 1 PA/NP, 4 office staff
