Schedule

• Consecutive 7 day coverage week stretch
• Day shifts: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm on campus
• Night Call: Mon-Fri, 5pm-8am
• 24hr coverage: Sat/Sun

Clinical Details

• Call responsibilities to include consults and procedures, answer any calls coming in, if something is emergent may need to go in
• Average procedures/day:10-15
• Can expect to do some cases over the weekend
• Weekends are home calls
• No Neuro IR

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active AZ License or IMLC LOQ
• DEA
• Intervention Radiology Fellowship
• ACLS
• Clean Malpractice - Preferred
• Required Procedures: Procedures are pretty broad but anything from venous access/biopsies to TIPS, trauma, DVT/PE work

Support Staff

• 3 IR MD , two APP. US and CT procedure rooms as well as two angio suites
• Average day is two MD and one or both APP
