• Call Schedule: Nights; 4p-8a & Weekends; 24-hr call
• No. of Callbacks: varies; normally only comes in for emergencies.
• No. of Procedures per day: varies from 10-15
• Required Skill:
- With IR general experience is a MUST.
• Required Procedures:
- Diagnostic vascular intervention, Angiography: and Angioplasty: venous & arterial, Therapeutic vascular intervention
- Stenting (venous & arterial), Thrombolytic and Emobolization therapy, Interventional (body, non-neuro)
- Vascular access devices/PICCS, Central lines, Port a cath insertions, IVC Filters
- TIPS, Aspiration/drainage procedures, Percutaneous Needle Biopsies (Above & Below diaphragm, & Bone)
- Extractions (Biliary & Renal), Abscess drainage, Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, Myelopgraphy, Pain mgmt, Perc. Transhepatic Choleangiogram
- Blood patch, Joint/epidural injections, Vertebroplasty, Arthrograms, Chest tube insertion, Uterine artery embolization
- Liver Y90/Tace, Gastrostomy tube insertion, Nephrostomy/ureteral stent insertion, Renal fistulograms & Cryoablation
- Preferred: Neuro (head) stroke thrombectomy

Requirements:
• ND license or IMLC
• BC
• ACLS
• Residency/Fellowship
• Must have experience w/ all required procedures
• With IR general experience
• With Stroke capability (preferred)
