Job Title: Interventional Radiologist

Job Overview:
- Shift Type: Varied (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with night call and 24-hour weekend call)
Shift/Call and Rate Details:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Rate: $400/hr
Required Procedures:
- Drain placement
- Biliary interventions
- Urologic interventions
- Hepatobiliary interventions, including TIPS, BRTO
- GI bleed embolization
- PE thrombolysis or thrombectomy
Duties:
- Discuss cases with referring physicians
- Provide prompt service for hospital and outpatient interventional radiology cases
- Manage referrals to Interventional Radiology
Support Staff:
- RN and Technicians available for assistance
Facility & Setting:
- Setting: Hospital
- EMR System: Cerner
Credentialing Requirements:
- Board Certification: Board Certified preferred, or BC/BE in Radiology with IR experience
- State License: Washington preferred, but IMLC LOQ candidates will be considered
- DEA: Required
- BLS: Required
- Fluoroscopy Certificate: Required (flexible)
Credentialing Timeframe:
- 60 days or less, with required enrollment and documentation
Additional Information:
- Referrals per Day: Approximately 8-10
- Types of Cases: Biliary, urologic, hepatobiliary interventions, GI bleed embolizations, etc
