Job Overview:

• Shift Type: Varied (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with night call and 24-hour weekend call)

Shift/Call and Rate Details:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rate: $400/hr

Required Procedures:

• Drain placement
• Biliary interventions
• Urologic interventions
• Hepatobiliary interventions, including TIPS, BRTO
• GI bleed embolization
• PE thrombolysis or thrombectomy

Duties:

• Discuss cases with referring physicians
• Provide prompt service for hospital and outpatient interventional radiology cases
• Manage referrals to Interventional Radiology

Support Staff:

• RN and Technicians available for assistance

Facility & Setting:

• Setting: Hospital
• EMR System: Cerner

Credentialing Requirements:

• Board Certification: Board Certified preferred, or BC/BE in Radiology with IR experience
• State License: Washington preferred, but IMLC LOQ candidates will be considered
• DEA: Required
• BLS: Required
• Fluoroscopy Certificate: Required (flexible)

Credentialing Timeframe:

• 60 days or less, with required enrollment and documentation

• Types of Cases: Biliary, urologic, hepatobiliary interventions, GI bleed embolizations, etc
