Clinical Role:

- Shift: M-F 8 hr. days
- Practice Setting: Outpatient ALS office
- What Percent of the Practice is Adult: 100%
- What Percent of the Practice is Outpatient: 100%
- Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 6-7
- No other Neurologists will be Present During Locum's Assignment
- How Many Physicians in Your Group? 1
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Palliative Care, Hospice, Neurology, Physiatry, even Internal Med or Critical care with experience in ALS. - Required
- NY License - Required
- BLS/ACLS - Required
