A premier healthcare facility in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, is actively seeking a skilled Interventional Radiologist specializing in Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine for an ongoing locum tenens assignment. Start Date: December 27, 2024 (with priority coverage from December 30, 2024, through January 6, 2025, and ongoing coverage available)

Pay Rate: $275 - $325 per hour

Travel and Lodging Covered:

  • Lodging: Up to $300 per night (includes taxes and fees)
  • Airfare: Roundtrip airfare covered up to $800
  • Rental Car: $75 per day for rental car
  • Mileage Reimbursement: 280 miles roundtrip mileage reimbursement available

Job Responsibilities

Provide interventional radiology services, including vascular and non-vascular procedures.
Perform diagnostic imaging and nuclear medicine services with precision and efficiency.
Deliver patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings while adhering to facility protocols.
Document all procedures and patient interactions accurately within the Epic EMR system.
Participate in on-call coverage as specified:
December 27-30 (7:00 am - 7:00 am call shifts)
December 30 - January 6, 2025 (priority coverage)

Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine.
Active Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
Demonstrated experience in vascular and interventional radiology procedures.
Proficiency in using Epic or other EMR systems.
Strong collaborative and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
