• % of Procedures per day: 10-15
• Required Procedures:
- Must have IR general experience
- Stroke capability would be secondary but must be able to perform the list of general IR procedures first.
- Neuro (head) stroke thrombectomy, Diagnostic vascular intervention, Angiography, Therapeutic vascular intervention, Angioplasty, Stenting, Thrombolytic and Embolization therapy.
- Interventional (body, non-neuro), Vascular access devices/PICCS, Central lines, Port a cath insertions, IVC Filters, TIPS, Aspiration/drainage procedures.
- Percutaneous Needle Biopsies, Extractions, Abscess drainage, Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, Myelopgraphy.
- Pain mgmt procedures, Perc. Transhepatic Choleangiogram, Blood patch, Joint/epidural injections, Vertebroplasty, Arthrograms, Chest tube insertion, Uterine artery embolization, Liver Y90/Tace.
- Gastrostomy tube insertion, Nephrostomy/ureteral stent insertion, Renal fistulograms, & Cryoablation.
- Preferred only: Stroke capabilities & Neuro (Head) stroke thrombectomy.

Requirements:
• Active ND License or IMLC
• BC
• ACLS
• Residency/Fellowship
• Proof of COVID Vaccination
• Must have IR general experience
• Must be able to experience and ability to read and/or perform all Required Procedures
