Interventional Radiologist – Reading Hospital
Reading Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interventional Radiologist to join our dynamic team. Our Interventional Radiology team is a well-established and collaborative group comprising of 5 physicians and 3 physician assistants dedicated to delivering cutting-edge, patient-centered care.
Highlights:
- The Interventional Radiology department uses a variety of imaging techniques including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and CT to perform their procedures.
- Our Interventional Radiologists are an employed group of eight providers (5 physicians and 3 physician assistants).
- Reading Hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center.
- Dedicated 12 bed recovery room for IR.
- Serves OP & IP
- Department has its own dedicated CT scan and ultrasound technology.
- Strong support staff:
- 13 registered nurses
- 14 technicians
- Teams sees an average of 25-30 cases per day.
- Dedicated consult space for outpatient.
- The IR division is widely considered one of the most respected clinical sections in the hospital.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology.
- Completion of an ACGME accredited Interventional Radiology fellowship.
- Valid medical license in the state of Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
