    • Support staff: PA ·
    • Amount of coverage needed per month: Varies please see example of dates from September
    • Volume of Procedures: Varies. PA will be on staff too help. Thyroid biopsy, lymph node biopsy, CT guided, paracentesis and thoracentesis.
    • Department description: No diagnostic reads.
  • EMR: Epic
  • PACS: Merge
  • Dictation: Dragon
  • Modalities: IR procedures include CT and US-guided biopsies, angiography, chest tubes, paras/thoras, ablation, soft tissue/bone biopsies, vascular access procedures (to include ports, caths, venous access lines/tunneled and non, IVC filter and dialysis,) biliary drains. Contrast injections.
  • Practice Setting: Hospital
  • Requirements:
  • Board Certification: Yes
  • Providers must be Fellowship trained in IR or have commensurate experience.
  • License required: Yes
  • Minimum experience required: 2 years
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days. Option for emergency privs.
